3Tre is a certified Open Event, a brand belonging to the Province of Trento and awarded by the Trentino’s mountain academy. Through this brand, the 3Tre Committee states that agibility and safety requirements are granted for people with disability to accede and enjoy an event in full.
Moved by the strong and shared desire to involve the bigger possible number of people in 3Tre’s show, the 3Tre Committee put in a significant effort to make sure that the event can be attended by disabled people (either with motor impairment or not) in absolute safety and with all the due facilitations.
It’s a big challenge, but also a statement of the push for social inclusion that animates the 3Tre Committee.
Two special Open Areas – dedicated to disabled people – have been located, with ideal visibility on the slope.
- Wheelchairs Open Area: placed in the parterre, it can accommodate 12 people overall, between wheelchair disabled and their accompanying person. Accompanying people will only have a standing space. Only one chaperon is allowed into the dedicated area for each wheelchair. Fellow accompanying people will be able to follow the competition in the areas on the sides of the slope.
The access to the area will happen through an inclined catwalk. A Special Assistance team will be on site to assist at any time.
- Stands Open Area: located in the 3Tre stands, it features totally 30 seats for disabled people and their accompanying persons. Access to this area will be granted to people with non-motor impairments. Only one chaperon is allowed into the dedicated area for each disabled person. Fellow accompanying people will be able to follow the competition in the areas on the sides of the slope..
The access to the area will happen through a dedicated lane and stairs. A Special Assistance team will be on site to assist at any time.
Disabled people and their chaperons will be granted free access to the event, through regular entry tickets to be collected.
In order to get the ticket, entitled people must accreditate themselves to the Open Accreditation service within of December 20th, 2017, by contacting: email@example.com.
The Open Event account will be in charge of examining and accepting the requests, and requiring further documentation to verify the requiring person’s actual status. Only one chaperon will be granted free access with the disabled person. Fellow accompanying persons will have to buy their tickets regularly.
We remind that trafic will be restricted in Madonna di Campiglio in the day of the event.
In order to have access to the inner areas and the disabled people vehicles’ parkings, the dedicated car pass sent released by the organization will have to be printed and exposed.
A temporary parking area will be located by the slope for the disabled people to step off their vehicles. A Special Assistance team will also be on site.
Vehicles will then have to be moved to the parking areas. For veichles whose height is below 220 cm, the parking will be about 200 mt away from the temporary parking zone. Those vehicles whose height surpasses 220 cm will have to be placed in the Pradalago parking, about 600 mt away from the temporary parking zone.
It is mandatory to arrive in the temporary parking zone by h. 16.00 on the day of the event.
The attending personnel will deliver the tickets only to those who had previosly filed their accreditation.
Further non-accredited accompanying people will need to buy their tickets at the ticket office.
We recommend to opt for warm and technically-suited wear. The Special Assistance team will be available for support in case of necessity.
Next to the parterre area there are several public locations that will make their accessible restrooms available. A complete technical summary will be available on this page soon.
Those who wish to stay in the area overnight can communicate their necessities to the accreditations’ responsible, or contact 3Tre’s accommodation office, either by phone (+39 3664386556) or through email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
