A new partnership between the Madonna di Campiglio night slalom and Italian popular newspaper la Gazzetta dello Sport was presented in Milano: editorial and promotional initiatives in the year of the 50th anniversary of FIS World Cup and the 40th of the all-Italian podium in 1976
With 35 days left to the D-Day, 3Tre renewed its classic gathering in Milan: the event at the Spiller Forst Pub on Wednesday November 17th confirmed the long-time relationship between Madonna di Campiglio – and its main event – and Milan, whose public once again responded with enthusiasm to the call of World Cup Ski. Plenty of ski fans, Campiglio’s friends, media and curious seized the opportunity to learn more on the World Cup Slalom of December 22nd, on the unmistakable Canalone Miramonti slope.
Right in Milan a new partnership between 3Tre Madonna di Campiglio and the main Italian sports newspaper, La Gazzetta dello Sport, was presented. An agreement reached thanks to the cooperation of Trentino Marketing, and introduced during the Milan’s event by Gazzetta dello Sport Vice-Director Gianni Valenti, by 3Tre Committee President Lorenzo Conci and by 3Tre General Secretary Matteo Bonapace. “3Tre is a unique event, related to some memorable days for Italian and International ski, and whose beautiful history can be recalled through the pages of our newspaper, that always dedicated much space and attention to the alpine ski” Valenti explained. “With this partnership, our goal is to help the sport to gain more visibility, thanks to quality coverage on the different platforms: a key juncture to bring more fans and amateurs to the sport.”
3Tre’s 63rd edition will be provided an extensive coverage on every platform by Gazzetta: special pages on the newspaper and weekly magazine SportWeek, editorial contents on paper, web and social networks, and a special issue of the “G” Magazine dedicated to the Italian Men’s World Cup stages, distributed in the news-stands as well as in Madonna di Campiglio during the event, where Gazzetta dello Sport will be with a dedicated stand.
Gazzetta dello Sport will also take part in the side event in Piazza Righi between the two runs, interviewing major characters of alpine ski.
In the wait for 3Tre, Madonna di Campiglio is getting ready for the first invasion of the year: as Funivie Campiglio’s Director Francesco Bosco recalled, the slopes will be open in Madonna di Campiglio from Saturday November 19th.
The 3Tre programme will start on Wednesday December 21st, with the public bib draw in Piazza Righi at 19.00. On Thursday December 22nd, the shows in Madonna di Campiglio’s city center with light up the atmosphere before the gates’ opening at 16.30. The first run will start at 17.45, while the decisive second run will begin at 20.45. Online ticket sales are open on www.3trecampiglio.it.
