From February 5 to 8, clients and guests of Audi and Madonna di Campiglio will be on the slopes to revive the 3Tre World Cup atmosphere
Only three days are left to the 3Tre, and all the preparations are practically set up: the National Teams will arrive today, Sunday, and Monday night, while on Tuesday night the spotlights will turn on over Madonna di Campiglio for a much-anticipated slalom, both by the fans and the athletes.
In this season, though, the atmosphere of top-notch skiing won’t leave the Brenta Dolomites that soon: in fact, the 3Tre Committee will join forces with FIS World Cup’s main sponsor Audi to host a stage of the prestigious Audi Quattro Ski Cup circuit, whose participants will enjoy the opportunity to live the emotion of racing a World Cup giant slalom, from February 5 to 8, 2016.
The Cinque Laghi slope is where the races will be staged over four days, two of whom reserved to Audi’s clients and guests, while the other two will be open to the guests of Madonna di Campiglio. The “athletes for a day” will taste the thrill of launching themselves out of the same starting house of the World Cup, and to complete their effort under the unmistakable arc that will proclaim the winner of the 3Tre on December 22nd.
In the 2015/2016 season, Audi Quattro Ski Cup also stops in other prestigious International winter venues, such as Obergurgl, Megeve, Verbier and Oberstdorf.
“We eagerly agreed to the opportunity offered to us by Audi, that is not only the FIS World Cup main sponsor, but also a very important partner of our venue – 3Tre General Secretary Matteo Bonapace stated. - “It’s a very prestigious event, and all of us are looking forward to work on it, as it also means the opportunity to progress as a team, and give consistency to the work of the organizing committee. After 3Tre’s regular comeback in the World Cup, events like this help to strengthen Madonna di Campiglio’s international reputation, highlighting its position among the top Winter locations in Europe and beyond.”
