The German, 3Tre winner in 2014, will be first down the Canalone Miramonti, preceding World Cup leader Hirscher. Italian Stefano Gross is number 4, 7 for reigning champion Kristoffersen
Once again, the 3Tre Madonna di Campiglio bib draw has been a lucky one for Germany. After Fritz Dopfer had started with the #1 bib on the last two occasions, tomorrow – December 22nd – it will be time for 2014 3Tre winner Felix Neureuther to get things going.
The 32-year-old German will precede World Cup leader Marcel Hirscher and fellow Austrian Marco Schwarz, who was a surprising third at last year’s 3Tre. Stefano Gross, number 4, will be the first Italian at the start, whilst defending champion Henrik Kristoffersen picked the number 7 ball.
Lucky draw for Italian experienced Patrick Thaler and Manfred Moelgg, who grabbed bibs #8 and #9 respectively. Another much expected athlete, Frenchman Alexis Pinturault will start with number 11.
Making the course for the two runs tomorrow (17.45 and 20.45) will be Simone Del Dio (France) and Jacques Theolier (Sweden).
