After two appointments in the Eternal City, the promotional tour of Madonna di Campiglio’s Audi FIS World Cup Night Slalom stopped at Milano Montagna Festival, with the presence of the former ski champion Claudia Giordani
The air is getting colder on the Brenta Dolomites, a clear sign that Winter is finally making its appearance. In view of the first snow on the Canalone Miramonti slope, the 3Tre universe looks to the Madonna di Campiglio’s Audi FIS World Cup Night Slalom, to be held on Saturday December 22nd (first run: 3.45 pm CET, second run 6.45 pm CET).
On the eve of the Men’s World Cup opening round, the giant slalom of Sölden (Austria), on Saturday October 27th, “3Tre on Tour”, the promotional tour of the most historical ski competition in Italy, has stopped at the Milano Montagna Festival, the international event promoting mountain and outdoor sports culture. The initiative was organized with the collaboration of Milano Montagna Festival’s Art Director Laura Agnoletto and Vibram’s Strategic Development Director Marco Guazzoni.
Also in Milan, the Italian ski classic lit up the mountain and alpine ski fans with its history, told by 3Tre historian Paolo Luconi Bisti. In addition, former ski champion Claudia Giordani enriched the event with her stories. “In women’s ski there’s no race with the same charm of 3Tre, an additional motivation to follow the Campiglio race. I would like to see women compete on the legendary Canalone Miramonti again, one day”, Claudia Giordani told.
With the first part of “3Tre on Tour” now over, with the stops in Forte dei Marmi, Palermo, Paestum, Rome and Milan, 3Tre will return in the spotlight on Tuesday November 6th at the Audi Zentrum in Bologna, home town of ski icon Alberto Tomba. The countdown for the 65th edition has started: only snow is missing to get things going.
