The Swiss winner of the last two events in Campiglio will be first off the gate tomorrow in 3Tre slalom ahead of Solevaag and Pinturault. The much awaited Italian rising star targets a podium spot

Usually held in the very heart of Madonna di Campiglio, the bib draw for the FIS Alpine Ski World Cup Men's night slalom - to be held tomorrow, December 22nd (1st run 17.45, 2nd run 20.45) - took place with no crowd during the eve’s technical meeting this time, due to the pandemic’s safety measures.

The draw for Tuesday December 22nd’s 67th 3Tre was favourable for the Swiss team taking the start with bib #1 once again: double winner in the last two edition Daniel Yule was the lucky man this time as Zenhausern was last January. Behind him, Solevaag and Pinturault will come off the gate, whilst one the top favorites, Norway’s Henrik Kristoffersen, will start with number 4, followed by Noel and Zenhausern with number 5 and 6 respectively.

After his brilliant fourth today in Alta Badia, Italian Alex Vinatzer took number 12th to tackle the night challenge aiming for a podium spot.

TOP-15 STARTLIST: 1. Yule, 2.Solevaag, 3. Pinturault, 4. Kristoffersen, 5. Noel, 6. Zenhausern, 7. Schwarz, 8. Khoroshilov, 9. Ryding, 10. Muffat-Jeandet, 11. Strasser, 12. Vinatzer, 13. Feller, 14. Matt, 15. Meillard.
