The Madonna di Campiglio slalom will live an exclusive night at the Mediaset’s TV studios in Cologno Monzese: a special 3Tre on Tour stage with special guests Piero Gros and Giuliano Razzoli
Madonna di Campiglio and Milan: a long-established link that 3Tre will once again celebrate on Thursday November 23rd, in a special stage of the 3Tre on Tour. Now just into the final month before the big night of Friday December 22nd, when the 64th edition of 3Tre will take place with the Audi FIS Ski World Cup Night Slalom on the Canalone Miramonti, the Madonna di Campiglio classic chose an exclusive location – the Mediaset’s TV Studios in Cologno Monzese – to meet its many friends from Milan.
On the occasion, 3Tre will tell its history and present with two special guests: Piero Gros, twice winner of 3Tre, in 1972 (slalom) and 1974 (giant slalom), and Giuliano Razzoli, the 2010 Olympic Champion in Vancouver, who will once again hunt for the 3Tre podium after grazing it in 2015 (he was fourth). They will be joined by 3Tre’s heritage expert Paolo Luconi Bisti, with his unique memories and materials from the race’s history, with a special focus on the most popular athlete among the Italian fans: Alberto Tomba, who celebrated his first of three wins in Madonna di Campiglio right 30 years ago.
“Milan is a traditional location for our 3Tre on Tour – said 3Tre President Lorenzo Conci, - and this time we have the opportunity to organize it in a special location like the Mediaset TV studios. I am sure we will live a night of passion and great atmosphere, along with the many Milan’s friends of our location that never miss a chance to make us feel their warmth and love for 3Tre”.
