To access the spectator areas, you must have a valid ticket and a personal, non-transferable wristband. The wristband will be provided at the entrance gates to each “print-at-home” ticket holder, who must present their ticket to the event staff for verification.
CANCELLATION AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the applicable legislation on e-commerce and distance selling (Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999), ticket purchases cannot be cancelled for a refund of the face value, a change of date or any other amendment to the order.
Under the same legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to this type of purchase. Once a ticket has been purchased, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
REFUNDS FOR PURCHASED TICKETS
Any cancellation of the race due to lack of snow will be announced on 14 December 2026. Should the race be cancelled on this date, the Organiser will refund the ticket price, excluding any presale or booking fees.
Refund requests must be submitted within four days of the event date. The purchased ticket must be attached to the request; without it, the refund cannot be processed.
Refund requests must be sent to ticketing@3trecampiglio.it.
Requests received after the fourth day will not be considered.
Should the race be cancelled after 14 December 2026 due to force majeure, including adverse weather conditions, snow, fog or wind, tickets will not be refundable and refund requests will not be considered.
