After several years away, La Marseillaise echoes once again through Madonna di Campiglio.
France’s Patrice Bianchi claims victory in the December 1992 edition, finishing ahead of Alberto Tomba and a promising young Austrian, Thomas Sykora.
For the first time, the organisers also add two European Cup races to the programme: a slalom on the Miramonti and a giant slalom on the “Amazzonia” course in Pradalago. The Swedish team dominates both events.
