The 71st edition of the 3Tre Madonna di Campiglio AUDI FIS Ski World Cup Night Slalom will take place on Wednesday, January 8th, 2025. This iconic Italian race has moved to January for the next two editions, becoming the opening event of the "Month of the Slalom Classics" in the Men’s FIS World Cup calendar.
Following the event in Madonna di Campiglio, the 2024/25 FIS World Cup season will continue with races in Adelboden, Wengen, Kitzbühel, and another night race in Schladming. January will therefore be crucial for those aiming to win the FIS Slalom World Cup.
Having traditionally been held on December 22nd in recent years, the 3Tre Night Slalom will now conclude the Italian stretch of the Men's World Cup, which includes races in Val Gardena, Alta Badia, and Bormio.
The January slot will be also confirmed for the 72nd edition of the Italian Night Slalom, scheduled for January 7, 2026
The two runs of the 71st edition will take place at 17:45 CET and 20:45 CET.
"The new date offers numerous opportunities, both from a sporting and a broader perspective," said 3Tre President Lorenzo Conci. "For us and for a winter destination like Madonna di Campiglio, this new position in the international calendar is an inspiration to innovate. We will soon unveil some new initiatives as we prepare for next January."
