Meillard takes 1 in Bib Draw

The Swiss will be the first off the gate tomorrow in the Madonna di Campiglio Night Slalom. German Strasser draws number 2. Bibs 4 and 5 for Norwegians Kristoffersen and Braathen. Olympic Champion Noel will be at the start on the Canalone Miramonti slope with the bib 7

Meillard takes 1 in Bib Draw

The bib draw of the 69th 3Tre, the FIS Ski Alpine World Cup Night Slalom to be held on Thursday, December 22nd, in Madonna di Campiglio, was a lucky one for Swiss Loic Meillard, who will take the start on the Canalone Miramonti slope with bib 1.

Behind him, German Linus Strasser will come of the race ahead of two-time 3Tre winner (2018 and Jan 2020) Daniel Yule, whilst the three-time king on the Canalone, Henrik Kristoffersen and his younger teammate Lucas Braathen will be at the start with bibs 4 and 5, followed by Austrian Manuel Feller (6) and the Olympic Champion Clement Noel (7).

Brit Dave Ryding will open the second group with bib 8, followed by the first Italian rider at the start, Tommaso Sala (9). The defending champion, Norwegian Sebastian Foss-Solevaag drew number 11.

Course setters for the two runs (17.45 and 20.45 CET) will be Fuss (Austria) and Brun (France).
