To access the sectors dedicated to the public, you must have the ticket and the personal and non-transferable bracelet. The bracelet will be delivered at the entrance to each holder of the "print at home," which must be presented to the personnel in charge of the checks.

CANCELLATION AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As established by the current legislation on electronic and distance commerce (Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22, 1999), it is NOT possible to cancel the purchase of the ticket, obtain a refund of the nominal price, change the date, or make any changes to the order.

REFUND OF PURCHASED TICKETS

The possible cancellation of the race due to a lack of snow will be communicated on December 30, 2024. In case the race is canceled on this date, the Organization will refund the ticket price, excluding pre-sale rights.

The refund request must be sent within four days from the date of the event. The purchased ticket must be attached, without which the refund cannot be processed.

The request must be sent to ticketing@3trecampiglio.it.

All requests received after the fourth day will not be considered.

In case the race is canceled after December 30, 2024, due to force majeure (bad weather, snow, fog, wind), the ticket cannot be refunded, and any refund requests will not be considered.

SPECTATOR WARNINGS

The ticket grants access to the race area, reserved for spectators.

To ensure a smooth flow of the audience, it is necessary to arrive at the respective entrance gates well in advance (at least 45 minutes before the start of the first leg). → HOW TO GET THERE AND HOW TO ENTER THE STADIUM

To ensure safety, backpacks and bags will be inspected at the entrances.

The organization disclaims any responsibility for damages to people and property before, during, and after the event.

The broadcaster disclaims any responsibility for missed performances or changes in the program decided by the organizer, to whom any complaints should be addressed.

The spectator consents and authorizes any future use of audio/video recordings that may be made during the event.

It is prohibited to make audio and video recordings of the event (including official training, qualifications, awards ceremonies, and athlete interviews during the event) for dissemination via television, radio, internet, or any other means of transmission, using any device (cameras, cell phones, tablets, etc.).
