Madonna di Campiglio, four years after 3Tre joined Club5, hosted the 2024 General Assembly of the Ski Classics Association. From September 16th to 18th, the Rainalter Congress Center welcomed organizers of the world's most prestigious ski events. The program included the Club5 General Assembly and workshops addressing critical topics in world skiing, such as sustainability, event promotion and communication, audience engagement, and FIS Ski World Cup TV rights management.
The General Assembly on Monday, September 16, culminated with the election of Italian Rainer Senoner as the new President of Club5. Senoner, who heads the Saslong Classic Club and serves as Race Director for the FIS World Cup races in Groden/Val Gardena, succeeds Slovenian Srečko Medven, Managing Director of the Kranjska Gora World Cup. Three Vice-presidents will assist Senoner: Ole Kristian Kirkerud (Kvitfjell), Thomas Rechberger (St. Moritz), and Jan Überall (Kitzbühel).

The program of meetings and workshops commenced on Tuesday, September 17, with a session on sustainability and public engagement in sports events. Three notable speakers contributed their expertise: Pietro Benvenuti, Director of the Imola Circuit; Beatrice Berutti, an FMCG expert; and Susanna Sieff, FIS Sustainability Director.
Bruno Sassi, FIS Communication Manager, and Benjamin Stoll, Digital Area Director, led a session on the pivotal role of social media in promoting World Cup events. FIS Secretary General Michel Vion and Commercial Director Christian Solomon chaired another crucial workshop on managing FIS World Cup TV rights.
The day concluded with a session on public engagement in sports events, featuring Paolo Bellino, General Manager of RCS Sport, the company behind the Giro d'Italia.

The Club5 meeting concluded on Wednesday, September 18, with activities showcasing Madonna di Campiglio's stunning landscapes and summer attractions. Participants enjoyed two sporting events: a special golf tournament at the local Golf Club and a mountain bike tour through the scenic Val Rendena.
3Tre President Lorenzo Conci expressed, "Hosting the Club5 meeting in Madonna was a privilege. As a four-year member of this organization, we aimed to showcase the renowned hospitality of Madonna di Campiglio and Trentino – the same warmth our 3Tre fans experience annually at the Canalone Miramonti classic."
Looking ahead, Madonna di Campiglio will host the 71st edition of the 3Tre FIS World Cup Night Slalom on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. The event will take place on the Canalone Miramonti slope, with the first run at 5:45 PM and the second at 8:45 PM.
